Special Town Board Meeting
Chairman Leis called the properly noticed meeting to order at 10:00 am.
This meeting is a Mandatory Meeting for anyone wishing to bid on the Irish Ridge Road project.
Present: Chairman Corey Leis, Supervisor #1 Wally Hemmersbach, Supervisor #2 Fred Brandt, Engineer Svet Roussev PE, and representatives from Mathy Construction Company, Gerke Excavating Inc., Lepke Gravel and Excavating and Scott Construction, Inc.
Engineer Svet Roussev, PE made comments about the Irish Ridge Road project plans and related documentation. He asked if there were any questions or discussion about the scope or details of the project. He reviewed the timeline on the Grading and Road Base Improvements (Contract #1) as Substantial Completion by December 15, 2022 and Final Completion by May 30, 2023. Also, on the HMA Pavement Improvement (Contract #2) as Substantial Completion by June 30, 2023 and Final Completion by July 30, 2022.
Adjournment: M/S/P: Chairman Leis/Brandt moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:59 am. (3 ayes) Motion Carried.
