Special Town Board Meeting
Chairman Leis called the properly noticed meeting to order at 10:00 am.
Present: Chairman Corey Leis, Supervisor 2 Fred Brandt, Engineer Svet Roussev PE, Patrolman Paul Clark and Bob Erickson.
The meeting started at Irish Ridge Road and Weister Creek. The board discussed the plans with the engineer and formulated a time line for plan approval, advertising, bidding, bidding awards and the Town Board signing the contracts.
The board, engineer and patrolman walked the entire length of Irish Ridge Road reviewing the engineering plans and the designed staking. The engineer also had a preprogrammed internet and GPS driven computerized pole with all the engineering specifications loaded into the device. Each driveway access to Irish Ridge Road was evaluated for grade, storm watershed, ditches, fences, culverts and right of way relative to the plans. After each driveway was evaluated, on site adjustments to the plans were recorded. The engineer will then integrate these changes into the plans in the following week and submit them to the Town Board for review.
