Appointment of Open Supervisor Position:

M/S/P: Chairman Leis/Brandt moved to nominate Robert Erickson to the open Supervisor position. (Chairman Leis aye, Supervisor Brandt aye, Town Clerk Schweiger nay)

Financial Report and Bills:

M/S/P: Brandt/Erickson moved to approve the Financial Report. (3 ayes)
M/S/P: Erickson/ Brandt moved to transfer $14,703 from Machinery Fund to Checking, $9,656 from Building Fund to Checking, $37,689 from Savings to Checking and $18,952 from Regular Money Market to Checking. (3 ayes)
M/S/P: Brandt/ Erickson moved to pay the bills. (3 ayes)

Approve Minutes:

M/S/P: Brandt/Erickson moved to approve the 9.14.2022 Board Meeting Minutes as written and published as a DRAFT on the website. (3 ayes)
