Meeting called to order by Chairman Von Ruden at 7:03 pm:
Attendance:
- All Board Members present, total of 17 electors (including Board)
Voting:
- M/S/P: For voting by show of hands, by Wayne Leis/2nd Fred Brandt, motion passed (all ayes).
Levy:
- M/S/P: To pass the 2025 allowable levy limit of $172,409 with debt service of $65,824 for a total town levy of $238,233 payable in 2026 by John Chapiewsky/2nd Joe Giles
- Discussion from town members called for: no discussion.
- Vote on motion: 9 yes, 6 no, 1 abstain. Motion passed.
Adjourn:
- M/S/P: To adjourn at 7:08 pm by John Chapiewsky/2nd by Joe Giles. Motion passed (all ayes).
