Meeting called to order by Chairman Leis at 7:00 pm.

Pledge of Allegiance

Roll Call

  • Chairman Corey Leis and Supervisor #2 Fred Brandt

Financial Report and Bills:

  • M/S/P:  Brandt/ Chairman Leis moved to approve the Financial Report. (2 ayes)
  • M/S/P:  Brandt/ Chairman Leis moved to transfer $20,800 from savings to checking and $5,480 from Savings to Regular Money Management. (2 ayes)
  • M/S/P:  Brandt/ Chairman Leis moved to pay the bills. (2 ayes)

Public Comment:

Approve Minutes:

  • M/S/P:  Brandt/ Chairman Leis moved to approve the July 13th, 2022 Minutes as written and as read. (2 ayes)
  • M/S/P:  Chairman Leis/ Brandt moved to approve the July 15th Minutes. (2 ayes)
  • M/S/P:  Chairman Leis/ Brandt moved to approve the July 21st Minutes. (2 ayes)

Assistant Patrolman:

  • No Action

Website:

  • M/S/P:  Brandt/ Chairman Leis moved that the new website goes live on August 11th, 2022 or shortly thereafter due to IT considerations, and this site is the official site of the Town of Clinton with the website address of tn.clinton.wi.gov. (2 ayes)
  • M/S/P: Chairman Leis/ Brandt moved that if we have the meeting recorded, that we post the current meeting Motions and Votes as Draft Minutes on the website, as soon as possible. (2 ayes)

Municipality Emergency Operations Plan:

  • M/S/P:  Chairman Leis/ Brandt moved to use the County Emergency Management Services for our emergency operations plan. (2 ayes)

American Rescue Plan Act:

  • No Action

Clinton Ridge Road Project Bills:

  • M/S/P:  Chairman Leis/ Brandt moved to pay the $84,953.25 and give the invoice directly to the Bank of Cashton. (2 ayes)

Irish Ridge Road Engineering Bill:

  • M/S/P:  Brandt/ Chairman Leis moved to pay the $29,325 bill and take it to Farmer’s State Bank in Hillsboro. (2 ayes)

Irish Ridge Engineering Plan:

  • M/S/P:  Chairman Leis/ Brandt moved to accept this engineering plan. (2 ayes)

Irish Ridge Road Advertising Bids:

  • M/S/P:  Chairman Leis/ Brandt moved to advertise for bids for the Irish Ridge Road project. (2 ayes)
