Financial Report and Bills:

- M/S/P: Erickson/ Brandt moved to approve the 3.9.2023 transfer of $350.00 from Savings to Checking, $14,650.00 from Regular Money Management to Checking, and $99,259.12 from Tax Savings to Regular Money Management, and on 2.11.2023 transfer $432,857.13 from Tax Savings to Checking. (3 ayes)

- West Norwegian Valley Road
- Clinton Ridge Road from Ogden Road to Lovestad Road
- Town Road 24 over culvert to highline pole
- Clinton Ridge Rd from Town Road 57 to Knapp Valley
- Town Road 57 from Clinton Ridge to the mailbox
- Dell Road up to $15,000 from the intersection of Dell/Parker to County Road P
