Special Meeting
Present: Corey Leis and Fred Brandt
Chairman Leis called the properly noticed meeting to order at 7:00 am.
There was a general discussion of multiple topics to formulate the Agenda for the upcoming January 12th, 2022 Board meeting. The topics discussed were as follows:
- General discussion
- Town website
- Fuel costs and fuel futures market
- New building inspection contract
- Town 10 Year Plan
- General road maintenance schedule
- HVAC enhancements at the Town Hall
- Town insurance policy
- Timelines for road grants
- Timeline for Irish Ridge road design and specifications
- Town census
ADJOURNMENT – M/S/P Chairman Leis/ Mr. Brandt moved to adjourn the meeting. (2 ayes)
