Special Town Board Meeting
Chairman Leis called the properly noticed meeting to order at 10:00 am with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Chairman Corey Leis, Supervisor #1 Wally Hemmersbach, Supervisor #2 Fred Brandt, Engineer Svet Roussev PE, and representatives from Mathy Construction Company, Gerke Excavating Inc., Lepke Gravel and Excavating and Scott Construction, Inc.
The sealed bid envelopes were opened and read aloud in alphabetical order.
Gerke Excavating,Inc $751,968.25
Lepke Gravel and Excavating $556,998.85
Apparent Low Bidder is Lepke Gravel and Excavating.
Contract #2
The sealed bid envelopes were opened and read aloud in alphabetical order.
Mathy Construction Company $668,727.74
Scott Construction, Inc. $605,994.00
Apparent Low Bidder is Scott Construction, Inc.
The next meeting to Award Contract #1 and Contract #2 will be September 14, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, S1299 County Road D.
Adjournment: M/S/P: Hemmersbach/Brandt moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:10 am. (3 ayes) Motion Carried.
